Student Wireless Laptop Printing - Cannot print, no job in Paystation after print
1. Check Library printer and Paystation (Release Workstation) are working without any hardware problem; normal Public Workstations PaperCut Print printing is working
2. Check with paton and inform the patron to follow UIT page http://computing.yorku.ca/students/printing/printing-from-your-computer to download and configure the laptop again
3. Problem is still exist, student email to helpdesk@yorku.ca or contact UIT for this issue


Emergency Papercut Printing Issue
Contact Client Services, via phone or email during office hours (M - F, 8:15am - 4:50pm) and to mention URGENT and/or Service DOWN.Provide as much information as possible, including symptoms, errors, etc. Client Services staff will then escalate to the proper team.
